Las Vegas Licensing Expo: Pony!

The Expo is held each year in Vegas, where companies can work together to license intellectual properties, so we all win and get what we want! And hoo boy, FiM is definitely making an appearance.

Booth. There isn’t images of all the mannequins, and who are those big ponies in the case? Who made them? 

Vinyl Scratch is now canon! Her “stage name” is DJ PON-3 (pronounced pawn-three), and this is her “street name.” Both are fan-made names, and her stage name was said in Equestria Girls, the HUB cover of the Katy Perry song. We knew Vinyl was here to stay once we saw she was getting a toy in the Collector’s Line pack, but it looks like Hasbro really likes her!

Here’s the big banner over everything. Cute shirt, but the face on the model looks pretty young. I have no idea what age range they’re trying to target with this expo, but I like how they’re embracing people who wear MLP unironically.

I’ll make new posts as there’s new info, but this is the first day of the expo. We’ll have to impatiently wait and see!
